1、articulate /ɑːˈtɪkjəleɪt/

articulate作形容词，意为“口齿伶俐的，善于表达的”。

The child was unable to offer an articulate description of what she had witnessed. 孩子无法对她所目睹的事情作出清楚的描述。

In my eye, she is an intelligent and highly articulate young woman. 在我眼中，她是一个聪明过人且口齿伶俐的年轻女子。

articulate也可作及物动词，意为“清晰地发音或吐字”，引申为“清楚地表达”。
