　　Large US tech companies in the direct sights of the Trump administration’s ban on exports to Huawei Technologies Co. are finding ways to resume some shipments to the blacklisted Chinese tech giant without running afoul of American regulations.
　　作为特朗普政府针对华为技术有限公司的出口禁令的主要对象，美国大型科技公司正在想方设法在不违反美国监管规定的情况下，对这家被列入黑名单的中国科技巨头恢复供货。
　　Micron Technology Inc, one of the world’s largest makers of memory chips, on Tuesday said it restarted some shipments to Huawei after determining they were in compliance with US law.
　　美光科技（球大的存储芯片制造商之一）周二表示，在确认提供给华为的部分产品不违反美国法律后，该公司恢复了对华为的供货。
　　Qualcomm Inc, the leading supplier of wireless chips, has also resumed shipments of certain radio-frequency components to Huawei, while Intel Corp resumed shipments of some of its products, according to people familiar with the matter.
　　据知情人士透露，好通（球领先的无线芯片供应商）就部分射频元件也已恢复对华为的供应，英特尔也恢复了部分产品的供应。
　　Other American tech companies including ON Semiconductor Corp are also examining ways that would allow them to resume shipments.
　　此外，包括安森美半导体在内的其他美国科技公司也在研究向华为恢复供货的办法。
　　The moves are part of a wider effort by American companies to fulfill contracts and continue doing business with Huawei while remaining compliant with Commerce Department restrictions on exporting technology to the Chinese technology giant.
　　美国公司一方面希望履行合同，继续与华为做生意，另一方面又要遵守美国商务部针对华为的出口技术限制令，上述行动正是美国公司做出的一部分努力。
　　Huawei was a prolific buyer of American technology—spending $11 billion last year—until the Commerce Department put it on a blacklist in May. That required companies supplying Huawei with US-sourced equipment to apply for licenses.
　　直至今年5月份被美国商务部列入黑名单前，华为一直是美国技术的大买家，去年的交易额达110亿美元。在华为被列入黑名单后，只有申请了许可证的公司才能向华为供应美国原产设备。
