报录比对于择校来说，有一定的参考价值。若报录比＞1，则说明报考人数比录取人数多，竞争压力大；若报录比＜1，则说明录取人数比报名人数多，竞争压力小。所以，择校时我们应该选择报录比低、报考人数少、录取人数多的院校，尽量错开的是报录比高、报考人数多、录取人数少的院校。
